“…Thus, it is aimed to model an environment that nurtures collaboration amongst all entities that are involved in services provision to PwD. In this direction, the scientific discipline of collaborative networks [7,18] introduces some concepts and models that cope with the demanding requirements for such environment, namely virtual organizations breeding environments (VBEs), professional virtual communities (PVCs), virtual organizations (VOs), and virtual teams (VTs) [19]. On the one hand, the VBEs and PVCs increase the level of preparedness of organizations and individuals in succeeding in collaboration; on the other hand, VOs and VTs are temporary consortiums of organizations Designing a Collaborative Personal Assistance Model for Persons with Disabilities 637 or individuals, supported by computer networks, which join their competencies to strategically and adequately accomplish a common goal [19].…”

“…The ARCON modeling framework [18] is perceived as the most relevant in the CN domain once it defines a comprehensive set of concepts and entities covering both endogenous elements and exogenous interactions perspectives of CNs. Similarly to other works describing CNs, the ARCON framework was used to systematically and comprehensibly describe the different aspects of the proposed CNs in the CoPA model.…”

“…Питання стратегічної інтеграції підприємств розглянуті в роботі [7]. Теоретико-методологічні та концептуальні засади формування організаційно-економічного механізму корпоративного управління запропоновані у дослідженні [8]. Особливості розробки економіко-математичних моделей еволюційного розвитку у дослідженні [9].…”

“…To fill part of this gap, we believe that MCL requires a proper reference model for some reasons: to provide an abstract representation of the system, to address the environment characteristics, to guide the process of foundation and operation, and last but not least, to elucidate its inherited complexity. Given that, by inspiration from the ARCON (A Reference model for Collaborative Networks) [5], this study proposes a contribution to reference model in order to comprehensively and systematically cover different aspects of MCL. The overarching goal of developing this reference model for MCL communities is to enhance the understanding of the related concepts, environments, entities, relationships, and interactions.…”
