Abstract: In order to scale innovations in education, a Networked Improvement Community (NIC), forms a network of members with diverse expertise from a variety of contexts. By testing innovations in diverse settings and coordinating what is learned from the tests, a NIC builds an infrastructure for addressing educational problems.
