College English Curriculum Setting and Evaluation Based on Language Curriculum Design Model——Taking English Translation Course as an Example

College English curriculum construction is the core of college English teaching reform, and evaluation is an effective means to promote and strengthen college English curriculum construction. To organize the evaluation of college English courses, it is necessary to determine the indicators and standards that reflect the quality of the courses, establish a course evaluation organization to implement them, and truly achieve truth-seeking, scientific and fairness. While the popularization of higher education provides more people with the opportunity to receive higher education, the problem of the decline in the quality of personnel training in institutions of higher learning has aroused widespread concern.
