Abstract: Collision tumors of the ovaries are rare, with only a few reports in the literature. Adult granulosa cell tumors are a relatively common primary tumor component of previously reported collision tumors. The combination of serous and mucinous tumors with adult granulosa cell tumors has been reported in several cases.
