With the evolution of the hardware devices and with fast growth of the available amount of information, the demands against these devices have been changed. The two main aspects which are quiet important nowadays, are the mobility and of course the utility. The augmented reality was a really popular research topic in the '90-s, but the technological background has just reached the appropriate level to support this part of research the area. This paper interprets the interaction in the widest sense so the topic of data input and visualization will be also discussed. The main goal of this paper to introduce a prototype of our augmented reality based demonstration system.
I. INTRODUCTIONIn the recent times a spectacular evolution of peripherals could be observed and due to that very efficient devices have come off. There are a lot of approaches regarding to interaction -e. g. processing of the humans' brain signals, measure the movement of the limbs or even the eyeballs -which could not be realized without the appropriate hardware background. The bulk of these devices supports the daily activities of the users, e. g. supports the coordination, provides relevant information regarding to the given situation, warn for emergency situations or even interesting things. It is enough to think of the medical, military and civil applications, where a lot of researches are ongoing [1][3][4][5][6][7][8][25][26][27][28][29] [31].There are three main aspects amongst which has to be designed such a system. These are the preparation of the scenes, portability and finally the 3D registration. In the following sections there will be discussed shortly that three main aspect which has to be taken into consideration in the design phase -namely the scene generating, portability and the 3D registration. After that we introduce our proposed system. There will be also discussed the theoretical background of the used algorithms and the environmental details concerning the development. In the third section the results will be shown and the consequences will be discussed that are deducted from them. Finally there is a comparison between our system and the existing solutions.
