Color-tunable white organic light-emitting diodes with a red dopant as the color conversion layer

Abstract: In this paper, a vacuum thermal evaporation technology is implemented which uses blue phosphorescent iridium complexes dope in the small molecular phosphorescent host N, N_-dicarbazolyl-3, 5-benzene (mCP) to produce high efficient blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (PHOLEDs), and by combining the device with red color conversion layer (DCJTB) which are filmed over the other side of glass substrate.
