Colorimetric Standard for Carotene

Abstract: 1197to only slightly elongated spots, it promises to lend itself to quantitative examination by a densitometer.At the present stage of its development, two-dimensional circular chromatography can hardly compete with the conventional two-dimensional chromatography. However, it is hoped that the findings reported here may lead to further improvements in this technique.
