Abstract

Background: Chudley-McCullough syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by congenital bilateral sensorineural hearing loss, partial corpus callosum agenesis, colpocephaly with a right-sided tendency and other brain abnormalities, such as an arachnoid cyst.
