Coma and brain stem areflexia in brain stem encephalitis

Abstract

After a few minutes of unproductive activity the passerby asked, "Where exactly were you when you dropped it?" "Over there," said the man. "Then why are you searching over here?" asked the puzzled passerby. "There's more light over here." What I am hoping is that by persuading people that the key I am seeking is worth finding they will be prepared to help shed light in the dark area where it is to be found. A searchlight would be terrific, but even a candle would help.
