Abstract: Background: This investigator-initiated, open-label, single-arm, single-institute study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of induction combination chemoradiotherapy for newly glioblastoma and also the effectiveness of long-term maintenance therapy with temozolomide (TMZ) plus interferon (IFN)-b.
