Combination of Loperamide and Niacin modify DENA induced altered Liver enzymes

Abstract: Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) is among the most lethal cancers which makes it the third most frequent cause of cancer related deaths. Diethylnitrosamine (DENA) is a potent initiator and hepatocarcinogen in rats.
