Combined Adjuvant Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy Improves Disease-Free Survival for Uterine Serous Cancer

Abstract: Purpose Uterine serous carcinoma (USC) is a rare but aggressive endometrial cancer histology. We reviewed outcomes for patients with USC to identify the best adjuvant treatment strategy.
