Abstract:Resume. Aim: to study the informativeness of the photoluminescence intensity (PLI) indicators of the small intestine walls to assess its viability.
Material and methods. 30 white rats with small bowel obstruction models in the initial (10 rats), middle (10 rats), terminal parts. In 6 h, the intestines were irradiated with a laser beam (λ=458 nm). After measuring PLI, intestinal tissues were taken for histological examination.
