Combined effects of DDE and hyperlipidic diet on metallothionein expression and synthesis in rat tissues

Abstract: Metallothionein is well known for its detoxificant and anti-oxidant properties and has been shown to be effective to prevent hydroxyl radical-generated DNA degradation.
