Abstract:Microwave radiation (36 GHz) absorption by photogenerated electrons is combined with photoluminescence (PL) and its excitation (PLE) spectra in order to study electron±exciton dynamics under low photoexcitation intensity in undoped GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells.
