Combined preoperative plasma fibrinogen and D-Dimer concentration as a prognostic marker of endometrial cancer

Abstract: Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most common gynecological malignancies. The aim of this study was to evaluate the combined prognostic value of D-dimer and fibrinogen in EC patients. We evaluated the prognostic value of preoperative plasma fibrinogen and D-Dimer concentration in EC patients using Kaplan-Meier curve analysis and Cox proportional hazards regression model.
