Command smoothing-proxy sliding mode control of hydraulic servo system considering structural flexibility

Abstract: In this study, a command smoothing-disturbance observer-based proxy sliding mode control (CS-DPSMC) method is proposed for a class of hydraulic servo systems with structural flexibility.
