“…We wish to point out that PAC measurements have suggested both /?=0.5 [2] and 0.27 [3] but that both these values are subject to caution as they are based on the assumption that the system is homogeneous. Tjy in La2CuC>4 is, however, inhomogeneous as has been shown by 139 La nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) [4][5][6] and 57 Fe Mossbauer [7,8] measurements.…”
