Abstract:Communicating bronchopulmonary foregut malformation (CBPFM) is a communica tion between the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts that can be difficult to differen tiate from pulmonary sequestration or Htype tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) because of the similarities in clinical features.
