Communication

Abstract: Communication is the process of transmitting information. Cross‐cultural communication emphasizes the importance of context to the integrity of transmitted information and overcoming potential barriers to maintaining that integrity. Basic communication theory, both for individuals and for mass communications, assists understanding of these barriers and means to protect against and overcome them.
