Community Monitoring of Health Parameters in People with Intellectual Disabilities Prescribed Lithium

Abstract: Background: Lithium is well described in managing certain mental illnesses including in people with intellectual disabilities (ID). It requires regular monitoring particularly of serum levels and relevant biochemistry.
