yang telah terbentuk sejak tahun 2016. Desa Rejasa terpilih menjadi Kampung KB karena telah memenuhi tiga persyaratan inti, namun keterpaduan program Kampung KB di Desa Rejasa belum terungkap. Mengungkap efektivitas dari program Kampung KB sangat penting dilakukan, mengingat tujuan dari Kampung KB yang bukan hanya dalam pengendalian penduduk melainkan juga meningkatkan kualitas penduduk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis program KKBPK, menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan program KKBPK, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program KKBPK di Kampung KB Desa Rejasa. Sampel penelitian ditentukan secara Proportional Random Sampling untuk kepala keluarga, dan Purposive Sampling untuk petugas KB, kelompok kerja Kampung KB serta Kepala Desa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan pencatatan dokumen yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara Deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program KKBPK di Kampung KB Desa Rejasa telah terlaksana dengan baik.Terdapat dua dari delapan indikator yang belum efektif dalam program KKBPK di Desa Rejasa, yaitu indikator pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak, dan indikator sosial ekonomi, dan yang menjadi faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program KKBPK di Kampung KB Desa Rejasa adalah komitmen dan komunikasi. A B S T R A C T Rejasa Village is one of the KB Villages in Penebel District, Tabanan, Bali, which has been formed since 2016. Rejasa Village was chosen to be KB Village because it has fulfilled three core requirements, but the integration of the KB Village program in Rejasa Village has not been revealed. Revealing the effectiveness of the Kampung KB program is very important, considering the purpose of Kampung KB is not only to control the population but also to improve the quality of the population. The objectives of this study were to analyze the KKBPK program, to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the KKBPK program, and to identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the KKBPK program in the KB Village of Rejasa Village. The research sample was determined by proportional random sampling for the head of the family, and purposive sampling for the KB officer, the working group of the KB village, and the village head. Collecting data used observation, structured interviews, and document recording, then analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results show that the KKBPK program in the KB Village of Rejasa Village has been implemented well. There are two of the eight indicators that have not been effective in the KKBPK program in Rejasa Village, namely indicators of empowering women and children, and socio-economic indicators, and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the KKBPK program in the KB Village of Rejasa Village are commitment and communication.
