Community sustainability and environmental quality improvement on studentified area in Malang City, Indonesia

Abstract: Studentification occurs in a college town so that the large number and activity of students and those related to universities affect the condition of the city. The impact of students consists of socio-cultural and economic changes that can be seen in physical changes.
