Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the effect of serum and urine PSPB levels based on different biomarkers, such as serum and urine. Serum PSPB levels significantly increased from day 0 to day 164 (P<0.05). However, the PSPB urine concentration through the ELISA test showed higher concentration and reached the sensitivity of the ELISA test from Day 0 until Day 164 after AI.
