Abstract:Transcription factors (TFs) are essential regulators of gene expression, influencing numerous biological processes such as development, growth, and cellular responses in plants. Among these, GATA TFs are distinguished by their highly conserved DNA-binding domain, characterized by a class IV zinc finger motif (CX2CX18-20CX2C).
