Abstract: This study evaluated the potential repellent and acaricidal effects of 4 essential oils (clove, eucalyptus, lavender, and mint) against the Asian longhorned tick <i>Haemaphysalis longicornis</i>, a vector of various tick-borne diseases in medical and veterinary contexts.
