Comparative Analysis of Factors Responsible for Job Stress in a Selected Public and Private University in Nigeria

Abstract: The study investigated the impact of Administrative Demand, Work Schedule Recreation activities and Environmental Factors on Job Stress among named Public and Private University Staff.
