Abstract:Background
Stemona tuberosa, a vital species in traditional Chinese medicine, has been extensivelycultivated and utilized within its natural distribution over the past decades. While the chloroplast genome of S. tuberosa has been characterized, itsmitochondrial genome (mitogenome) remainsunexplored.
