To comparatively analyze myelofibrosis treatment outcomes with the use of ruxolitinib versus ruxolitinib with subsequent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) as well as to assess the efficacy of ruxolitinib in pre- and post-transplantation periods.
