Comparative analysis of perinatal complications in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnant women

Abstract: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is associated with a higher incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes, including preterm birth, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS), and stillborn foetuses.
