Comparative analysis of the legislative support for law enforcement agencies in the post-soviet space and Europe

Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine the most effective model for regulating law enforcement in Europe and the post-Soviet space, as well as to formulate recommendations for the unification and standardization of legislation in this area.
