Comparative Effects of Coated Compound and Mono-component Proteases on Growth Performance and Nutritional Efficiency in Broiler Diets

Abstract: Protease as feed additive is being used in poultry production as a partial replacement for protein sources for cost efficiency and reducing nitrogen excretion.
