Comparative Proteomic Analysis of Antibiotic Resistant Strains of Vibrio CholeraeIsolated from Marine Fish

Abstract: Cholera is an infectious disease prevalent in developing countries like India. Poor sanitation conditions in slums causes release of contaminated water in the environment. Naturally inhabitant organisms become resistant to the antibiotics due to pharma industrial effluent, domestic waste and usage of antibiotics in aquaculture.
