Abstract:Mass spectrometry-based proteomics have become a valued tool for conducting comprehensive analyses in amniotic fluid samples with pathologies. Our research interest is the finding and characterization of proteins related to normal vs. polyhydramnios (non-immune hydrops) pregnancy.
