Abstract:Prosthetic valve thrombosis (PVT) is a life-threatening emergency. Thrombolytic therapy is emerging as a potential substitute. The objective of this study was to assess the safety and efficacy of Tenecteplase (TNK) in comparison to streptokinase (STK) in patients with PVT.
