Comparative Study between Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) and / or Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) Extracts on D-galactose Deleterious Brain Effects in Rats

Abstract: Aims: This study was designed to investigate the active chemical constituents and antioxidant capacities of saffron stigmas and turmeric rhizomes ethanolic extracts (ESE and ETE) respectively.
