Comparative study of general with Spinal Anesthesia on maternal outcomes for caesarean delivery among preeclamptic women at Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Abstract: Anesthetic management of preeclamptic patients remains a challenge. Although general anesthesia can be used safely in pre-eclamptic women, it is fraught with greater maternal morbidity and mortality.
