Comparative study on heterophase structures in ferroelectric solid solutions based on barium titanate

Abstract: Heterophase structures are first compared for related perovskite-type ferroelectric solid solutions that are tinmodified barium titanate and hafnium-modified barium titanate with compositions near the morphotropic phase boundary.
