Comparative study on static and dynamic characteristics of pumping-out and pumping-in herringbone grooved journal bearings

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to compare the static and dynamic performances of two types of herringbone grooved journal bearings (HGJBs), that is, pumping-out HGJB and pumping-in HGJB.
