The study aims to develop concepts originating through empirical research models to build superior competitiveness and optimal performance achievement. Therefore, to bridge these goals, the study addresses several indicators/items as a novelty, namely, entrepreneurship insight factors, market orientation, knowledge-sharing, innovation, managerial capability, product strategy, process and service improvement, resources capability to improve performance and increase competitiveness by empirical model direct, mediating and indirect effect. The total sample in this study is 497 eligible SMEs that partner with go-food in Makassar City. All research samples are the owner or the person in charge of the business; the data collection period is from May to December 2019. Data are collecting using a survey with 64 construct questions, summarized in seven manifest variables. The research method uses quantitative tools, with SMART-PLS as a statistical tool. This study develops sixteen hypotheses; all of the hypotheses are supported both directly, indirectly, and mediated. The study also found that the link based on CCT, RBV, and TAM Theory is the right choice of theories, as the foundation of this study was very reliable and valid. Indeed, all of the grounded methods have implications both in theory and its main application for the business in the online marketplace.

The Impact of Factor Market Distortion on the Efficiency of Technological Innovation: A Spatial Analysis

The growth of scientific and technological innovation in China is facing a bottleneck under the influence of domestic and foreign environments. The economic internal circulation policy of China may explore new driving forces for innovation from the perspective of optimizing the efficiency of production factor allocation. This research applies the provincial data from 2001 to 2017 to empirically investigate the spatial effects of factor market distortions on the efficiency of technological innovation. The DEA (Data envelopment analysis) model with variable returns to scale is exploited to measure the efficiency of technological innovation. The production function approach can be harnessed to measure labor market distortions and capital market distortions. The spatial correlation test results and the spatial econometric results regressed with three spatial weight matrices draw the following conclusions: (1) No matter how the spatial connection is established, the efficiency of the scientific and technological innovation in China shows a strong positive spatial correlation. (2) Labor market distortion and capital market distortion lead to low factor allocation efficiency, which inhibits the improvement of scientific and technological innovation efficiency. (3) When considering inter-regional economic connections, the inhibitory effect of factor market distortions on the efficiency of technological innovation shows spillover effects on surrounding areas. (4) Human capital and advanced industrial structure are conducive to the improvement of scientific and technological innovation efficiency. Optimizing the efficiency of factor market allocation can become a significant path for China to release new room for improvement in scientific and technological innovation.

This research aims to study the effects of strategic orientations as a broad spectrum of views on business performance. At the micro-level, the impact of market orientation as one of the main strategic orientations on performance was investigated. The statistical population of the study can be considered as 4,000 people. According to Morgan's table, we have tested the hypothesis using a sample of 351 people working in Iranian firms active in the healthcare field of supplying and manufacturing medical equipment and devices. So, we sent 351 questionnaires for data collection, and 247 were completed and then used for data analysis. This study emphasized the significant function of the market and strategic orientations on the organization's performance. By considering innovation as the mediator in this relationship, it has been found that innovation is critical in intensifying and improving business performance. Finally, we propose that managers, especially senior to middle ones, be alert and routinely seek appropriate strategies to implement in their department or firm following changes in a business environment and continuous technological advances.
