Comparing contractile apparatus‐driven cytokinesis mechanisms across kingdoms

Abstract: Cytokinesis is the final stage of the cell cycle during which a cell physically divides into two daughters through the assembly of new membranes (and cell wall in some cases) between the forming daughters.
