Abstract: BACKGROUND: Post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV) affects 30-40% of patients after general anaesthesia.[11] AIMS: To compare the effect of Ondansetron and Dexamethasone for prevention of nausea and vomiting in diagnostic gynaecological laparoscopy.
