Comparison between cisatracurium and atracurium during general anaesthesia for abdominal surgery

Abstract: Background: Neuromuscular blockers (NMB) are very important adjuvant to general anesthesia, Atracurium (benzyl isoquinoline NMB) and cisatracurium besylate (benzyl isoquinoline NMB) are intermediate acting non-depolarizing muscle relaxants.
