Comparison of 122 GHz LNAs in SiGe with different transmission line topologies

Abstract: The paper presents 122 GHz LNAs in SiGe utilizing three transmission line topologies. The amplifiers take advantage of passives like transmission lines and MIM capacitors to realize the input, output and inter-stage matching for the LNAs.
