Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of the begin time of anesthesia on in-hospital mortality and early prognosis of patients undergoing hip surgery.Methods: All patients who had hip surgery between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2020, were evaluated in this retrospective cohort study.
