Abstract:In this study, 114 cases of upper urinary calculi were retrospectively analyzed to compare the efficacy of microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (MPCNL) and flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URHL) for the treatment of renal calculi, and to analyze the efficacy and complications of the two surgical methods, so as to provide a more suitable scheme for the selection of surgical methods for upper urinary calculi.
