Comparison of deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty and penetrating keratoplasty with respect to postoperative corneal sensitivity and tear film function

Abstract: Tear film function was restored more rapidly after DALK compared with PK, but there was no significant difference in corneal sensitivity between PK and DALK.
