Abstract: In recent years there has been an increasing attention to some novel evolutionary techniques, such as for example Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), Biogeography Based Optimization (BBO), Differential Evolution (DE), Population-Based Incremental Learning (PBIL) and Stud Genetic Algorithm (SGA).
