Comparison of dynamic PTC thermal models using semi‐analytical and finite volume methods

Abstract: Resource potential estimation of concentrating solar power (CSP) applications with parabolic through collectors (PTC) needs to address time‐dependent heat transfer fluid (HTF) temperature at collector field's outlet.
