Abstract:Purpose: We compared the efficacy and safety of immediate sequential bilateral cataract surgery (ISBCS) and delayed sequential bilateral cataract surgery (DSBCS).Methods: We analyzed the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), spherical equivalent (SE), and mean absolute error (MAE) in the ISBSC and DSBSC groups.
